New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Council shall not grant consent to a development application to carry out development in the vicinity of the land on which the Gregadoo Waste Disposal Facility is situated unless the Council has made an assessment of the effect which the carrying out of that development will have on the continued operation of the waste disposal facility.
