3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to certain land to which Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 1985 or Wagga Wagga Rural Local Environmental Plan 1991 applies, being the land described in the Schedule and identified on the maps deposited in the office of Wagga Wagga City Council which are marked as follows:
