WAGGA WAGGA LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN--RECLASSIFICATION OF PUBLIC LAND - REG 2

2 Aims, objectives etc

The aims of this plan are:

(a) to reclassify public land owned by the Wagga Wagga City Council from community to operational in accordance with provisions of section 27 of the Local Government Act 1993 , and

(b) to enable the Wagga Wagga City Council to sell, lease or licence for a period greater than 21 years, or otherwise deal with the subject land.
