WATER SHARING PLAN FOR THE WYBONG CREEK WATER SOURCE 2003 - REG 48

48 Unassigned TDEL

(1) At the commencement of this Plan, there is no unassigned TDEL.

(2) If an access licence is surrendered, cancelled or not renewed the TDEL for unregulated river and aquifer access licences in clauses 47 shall be diminished accordingly.

Note: While the outcome of the review at clauses 76 and 77 may result in an increase in the TDEL, this will not result in additional unassigned TDEL.
