New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Minister, under section 45 (1) (b) of the Act and by notice published in the Gazette, may add a river or section of river to one of these water sources or remove a river or section of river from one of these water sources providing that:
(a) any river or section of river that is added has been declared to be a regulated river by an order published in the Gazette, and
(b) the Minister is satisfied that there will be no impact on environmental water, or on the water available to any access licences in these water sources.
