33 Aboriginal assessment of new access licences

(1) The Minister will seek the views of the Bundjalung Aboriginal Elders Council and the Tweed Byron Local Aboriginal Land Council in relation to all dealings under sections 71Q, 71S, 71T and 71W of the Act, and new access licence applications.

(2) The Minister will consider any advice provided under subclause (1) before making a determination on an access licence application or dealing referred to in subclause (1).
