WATER SHARING PLAN FOR THE NSW GREAT ARTESIAN BASIN GROUNDWATER SOURCES 2008 - REG 4

4 Area to which this Plan applies

(1) The area in respect of which this Plan is made is that area of land within the Western, Border Rivers, Gwydir, Namoi and Central West Water Management Areas known as the NSW Great Artesian Basin Groundwater Sources ( "groundwater sources") as shown in Schedule 2.

(2) These groundwater sources exclude the area of land within the Lower Macquarie Groundwater Source as defined in the Water Sharing Plan for the Lower Macquarie Groundwater Sources 2003 .
