2 Nature and status of this Plan

(1) This Plan is made under section 50 of the Act.

(2) This Plan is a plan for water sharing, and generally deals with the matters set out in sections 20 (1), 20 (2) (a) to 20 (2) (e), 20 (3), 20 (4), 21 (a) to 21 (c) and 21 (f) of the Act.
