Rates of change to storage releases

60 Rates of change to storage releases

Rules regarding rates of change to releases from water storages should be specified in accordance with any procedures established by the Minister and should take into account:

(a) relevant environmental considerations,
(b) damage to river banks, and
(c) public safety.
