10 Vision

The vision of this Plan is to achieve a healthy environment and prosperous community through:

(a) sustainable and equitable groundwater use for all users,

(b) protection of groundwater dependent ecosystems,

(c) protection of groundwater quality, and

(d) community ownership of groundwater management.
