Interstate access licence transfer and assignment of water allocation
69 Interstate access licence transfer and assignment of water allocation
(1)
This clause relates to dealings under section 71U or 71V of the Act in these
water sources.
(2) Dealings involving the interstate transfer of an access
licence to or from these water sources are prohibited.
(3) Dealings involving
the interstate assignment of water allocations to or from access licences in
these water sources are prohibited.
