Interpretation
7 Interpretation
(1) Words and expressions that are defined in the
Dictionary in Schedule 1 of this Plan have the meanings set out in that
Schedule.
(2) Unless otherwise defined in this Plan, words and expressions
that are defined in the Act or in the regulations made under the Act have the
same meaning in this Plan.
(3) Unless otherwise specified in this Plan, a
clause that applies to a category of access licence also applies to any
subcategories of that category of access licence.
(4) Schedules to this Plan
form part of this Plan.
(5) Notes in the text of this Plan do not form part
of this Plan.
(6) Appendices to this Plan do not form part of this Plan.
