Amendments for stormwater harvesting

The Minister may, under section 45 (1) (b) of the Act, amend:

(a) Part 3,

(b) Part 4,

(c) Part 8,

(d) Part 9,

(e) Part 10,

(e) Part 11, Division 2 and 3,

(f) Part 12, and

(h) Part 13,

to include rules for any new category of access licence established under the Act for the purpose of stormwater harvesting.
