WELLINGTON SHOWGROUND BY-LAW 1987 - REG 14
Annual meeting
14 Annual meeting
(1) The annual meeting of the trustees shall be held on or before 31 October
in each year.
(2) At the annual meeting the trustees shall, for the ensuing
year, elect a chairperson and deputy chairperson and elect or appoint a
secretary, treasurer and auditor.
