WEAPONS PROHIBITION REGULATION 2009 - REG 3

3 Definitions

(1) In this Regulation:
"fired" from a prohibited weapon includes propelled from a prohibited weapon.
"prohibited weapons-sporting permit" means a permit issued under clause 16.
"projectile" includes a bullet, arrow or dart.
"the Act" means the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998 .

(2) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
