WATER MANAGEMENT (WATER SUPPLY AUTHORITIES) REGULATION 2004 - REG 83

83 Application

This Part applies to and in respect of the following water supply authorities and to and in respect of matters arising within the areas of operations of those authorities:

(a) Country Energy,

(b) Gosford City Council,

(c) Wyong Shire Council,

(d) Cobar Water Board,

(d1) State Water Corporation,

(d2) Upper Parramatta River Catchment Trust (except clauses 87, 90 and 99),

(e) the Sydney Olympic Park Authority.
