WATER MANAGEMENT (WATER SUPPLY AUTHORITIES) REGULATION 2004 - REG 70
Erection and alteration of buildings and structures
70 Erection and alteration of buildings and structures
A person must not:
(a) erect any building or structure, or
(b) carry out any
work, or
(c) alter or extend any existing building, structure or work,
in the
rural portion of a special area without the consent of Country Energy. Maximum
penalty: 20 penalty units.
