WATER MANAGEMENT (WATER SUPPLY AUTHORITIES) REGULATION 2004 - REG 69
Waste and pollutants
(1) A person must not bring into the rural portion of a special area, or use
or leave in the rural portion of a special area, any waste or pollutant.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) In this clause:
"pollutant" means anything that causes pollution within the meaning of the
Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 .
"waste" has the same meaning as it has in the
Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 .
