"authorised plumbing fitting" means a plumbing fitting that is authorised for
use under clause 59 within the area of operations of the relevant water supply
authority.
"certificate of compliance" means a certificate of the kind referred to in
clause 49.
Note: A certificate of compliance under this Part is not to be confused with a certificate of compliance granted under section 307 of the Act in relation to the carrying out of development within a water supply authority’s area of operations."plumbing permit" means a permit issued under Division 3.
(a) a water service or its connection to a water supply authority’s water supply system, or
(b) a sewerage service or its connection to a water supply authority’s sewerage system."working day" means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
