2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 September 2004.

Note: This Regulation replaces a number of regulations (listed in clause 120 (2)) which are repealed on 1 September 2004, either by clause 120 (1) or by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 .
