WATER MANAGEMENT (WATER SUPPLY AUTHORITIES) REGULATION 2004 - REG 12

12 Application

This Part applies to and in respect of water supplied by the following water supply authorities:

(a) Country Energy,

(b) Gosford City Council,

(c) Wyong Shire Council,

(d) Cobar Water Board,

(d1) State Water Corporation,

(e) the Sydney Olympic Park Authority.
