(a) the Bellinger River Area Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources (identified in the Water Sharing Plan for the Bellinger River Area Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2008 ), or
(b) the Great Artesian Basin Groundwater Sources (identified in the Water Sharing Plan for the NSW Great Artesian Basin Groundwater Sources 2008 ),and to and in respect of each access licence arising from any such entitlement.
