New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA person claiming a security interest in a replacement access licence is exempt from the requirement of clause 19 (5) (d) of Schedule 10 to the Act that the person advise the holder of the licence of the existence of the security interest claimed and give written notice of the advice to the Director-General, but only if the licence holder requests the Director-General, in writing, to register the security interest.
