"approved deposit",
"approved fee" or
"approved form" means a deposit, fee or form approved by the Minister for the
purposes of the provision in which the expression is used.
"lessee" means a lessee under a Western Lands lease.
"the Act" means the Western Lands Act 1901 .
"Western Lands lease" means a lease granted under the Act.
