Extension of term of mortgaged Western Lands lease to be notified to mortgagee
13 Extension of term of mortgaged Western Lands lease to be notified to
mortgagee
If the term of a Western Lands lease that is mortgaged is extended pursuant to
an application under section 18E or 28B of the Act, notice of the extension is
to be served on the mortgagee.
