New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe council shall not consent to the carrying out of development for the purposes of a caravan park on an allotment of land unless:
(a) the allotment has:(i) an area of not less than 2 hectares,(ii) a landscaped area of not less than 10 per cent of the site area of the allotment, and(iii) where the allotment has frontage to an arterial road or main road-frontage to that road of not less than 200 metres, and
(b) each caravan site on the allotment has an area of not less than 100 square metres.
