New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe council shall not consent to the carrying out of development for the purposes of an extractive industry on any land unless it is satisfied that adequate provision has been made for the rehabilitation of that land and, where development for those purposes is carried out on adjoining land by the applicant for that consent, for the rehabilitation of the adjoining land.
