New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsNotwithstanding any other provision of this plan, a person may, with development consent, carry out development for any community purpose (including development for the purposes of a meeting room, public hall, public library or recreation facility), whether for the purpose of gain or not, upon an allotment of land upon which development for the purposes of an educational establishment is carried out.
