New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe council shall not consent to the carrying out of development for the purposes of a dwelling-house or a residential flat building on a site within a zone specified in Column 1 of the Table to this clause unless the site area is not less than the sum of the areas calculated by multiplying the number of small, medium and large dwellings contained in the building by the areas specified in relation to those dwellings opposite that zone in Columns 2, 3 and 4 of that Table, respectively.
