WEDDIN LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2002 - REG 23

23 Dwellings-Zone No 1 (ci)

Consent may be granted to the erection of a dwelling on land within Zone No 1 (ci) only if:

(a) the land has an area of not less than 4,000 square metres and not more than 2 hectares, or

(b) the land is an existing holding.
