WEDDIN LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2002 - REG 20

20 Subdivision in Zone No 1 (ciii)

(1) The clause applies to land within Zone No 1 (ciii).

(2) Consent may be granted to the creation of an allotment to be used for the purpose of a dwelling if the allotment has an area of not less than 5 hectares.

(3) Notwithstanding subclause (1), consent must not be granted to a subdivision under this clause unless the consent authority is satisfied that the lot sizes permit the siting of dwellings so that they are unlikely to inhibit or give rise to complaints about normal farming practices (such as aerial spraying, separation from noxious odours and the like).
