WINDOURAN LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1999 - REG 33

33 Approvals under the Forestry Act

(1) This clause applies to land within a State forest or timber reserve within the meaning of the Forestry Act 1916 .

(2) Despite the provisions of clauses 9 and 22, development may be carried out on land to which this clause applies without development consent:

(a) by the Forestry Commission, if the development is authorised under the Forestry Act 1916 , or

(b) by any person, if the development is authorised by an authority granted under the Forestry Act 1916 .
