WINDOURAN LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1999 - REG 12

12 Subdivision for the purpose of agriculture within Zone No 1 (a)

(1) The Council may consent to the creation of an allotment within Zone No 1 (a) of any area for the purpose of agriculture.

(2) The Council shall not consent to the creation of an allotment within Zone No 1 (a) for the purpose of agriculture if there already is a dwelling-house on the allotment unless the land has an area of not less than 200 hectares.

Note: Clause 9 of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Rural Lands) 2008 also enables the subdivision of lots for the purposes of primary production.
