WAVERLEY LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1996 - REG 6
Interpretation
6 Interpretation
(1) In this Plan, terms defined in Schedule 2 have the meanings given to them
in that Schedule.
(2) In this Plan: (a) a reference to a building or place
used for a purpose includes a reference to a building or place intended to be
used for the purpose, and
(b) a reference to a map is a reference to a map
deposited in the office of the Council.
(3) The Zoning map is also amended:
(a) by omitting from it any notation indicating that Campbell Parade, Oxford
Street and Bronte Road are classified as arterial roads, and
(b) by omitting
from it any notation indicating that Lots 1 and 6, DP 4346, Lot 1, DP 857668,
Lot 4, DP 243547, Lot 2, DP 512767 and Lot 56, DP 5169, Old South Head Road,
Rose Bay, are subject to road realignment.
