New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsNothing in this Plan prevents the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust or any person authorised by the Trust from carrying out development, without having to obtain development consent, on Trust lands within the meaning of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Act 1983 , for the purpose of exercising any of the Trust’s functions under section 9 (1) of that Act or if the development is otherwise authorised by or under that Act.
