New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsNothing in this plan prevents a person with the consent of the Council from carrying out development on:
(a) Lots 1 and 2, DP 744175, Herbert Street, Artarmon-any purpose permitted on the adjoining parcel of land within Zone 5 (b), subject to:(i) the land being used in conjunction with the adjoining parcel of land, and(ii) the floor space ratio for any building on the land not exceeding 1.5:1, or
(b) Lots 2 and 3, DP 629704, Pacific Highway, Artarmon for any purpose permitted in Zone 4 (b)-motor body building, panel beating and spray painting, or
(c) Lot A, DP 401243, Gibbes Street (corner Victoria Avenue), Chatswood, for the purpose of panel beating and spray painting.
