45 Repair and service of motor vehicles, watercraft or caravans-Zone 4 (b)
The Council shall not consent to the use of premises in Zone 4 (b) where the
site has direct frontage to or adjoins, any residential area, other than land
along Eastern Valley Way, for a car repair station at which body building,
panel beating or spray painting are carried out.
