Boarding houses-Zones 2 (b), 2 (c), 2 (d)
26 Boarding houses-Zones 2 (b), 2 (c), 2 (d)
In respect of a boarding house within Zone 2 (b), 2 (c) or 2 (d), the number
of persons to be accommodated, including resident manager, shall not exceed
one person per 100 square metres of site area.
