23A Floor space ratio-553-561 Mowbray Road, West Chatswood
(1) This clause applies to certain land within Zone 2 (b), being Lots 7-9, DP
7220 and Lots 1 and 2, DP 606283, known as Nos 553-561 Mowbray Road, West
Chatswood, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “ Willoughby Local
Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 2) ”.
(2) Despite clause 23, the
Council shall not consent to the erection or use of a residential flat
building on the land to which this clause applies if the floor space ratio
exceeds 0.6:1.
