WELLINGTON LOCAL ENVIRONMENT PLAN 1995 - REG 31

31 Development within Zone No 6

The Council shall not consent to the carrying out of development on land within Zone Number 6, being land owned or controlled by the Council, unless consideration has been given to:

(a) the need for the proposed development on that land,

(b) the impact of the proposed development on the existing or likely future use of the land, and

(c) the need to retain the land for its existing or likely future use.
