WOOLLAHRA LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1995 - REG 24
Land adjoining public open space
24 Land adjoining public open space
(1) This clause applies to all land adjoining public open space.
(2) The
Council shall not grant consent to an application for development on land
which adjoins public open space unless it has made an assessment of the impact
of the development on the amenity of the public open space and it has taken
into consideration whether the development is in conflict with any plan of
management for the public open space.
