Provisions relating to heritage items covered by a conservation instrument
34 Provisions relating to heritage items covered by a conservation instrument
Clauses 30, 32 and 33 shall not apply where the building, work, relic or place
that is a heritage item or is within a heritage conservation area is the
subject of a conservation instrument within the meaning of, and made pursuant
to, the Heritage Act 1977 .
