26 Community use of school facilities and sites

(1) This clause applies to land within Zone No 5 (a) designated for use for the purposes of schools, colleges and other educational institutions.

(2) Where land to which this clause applies is used for the purposes of an educational establishment, the facilities of the establishment may, with the consent of the council, be used for the purposes of meeting rooms, public halls, public libraries, art galleries, sport or recreation, or for any other community purpose, whether or not any such use is a commercial use of the land.
