24 Exhibition homes

(1) A dwelling erected on land within Zone No 1 (a1), 1 (a2), 1 (a3), 1 (c1) (i), 1 (c1) (ii), 1 (c1) (iii), 1 (c2), 2 (a), 2 (d) or 7 (d) may, with the consent of the council, be used as an exhibition home.

(2) The council may impose, as a condition of its consent under subclause (1) to the use of a dwelling as an exhibition home, a limit on the period during which the dwelling may be so used.
