WOLLONDILLY LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1991 - REG 22

22 Supply of services in Zones Nos 2 (a), 2 (d), 4 (a) and 4 (c)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this plan, no development shall be carried out on an allotment of land within Zone No 2 (a), 2 (d), 4 (a) or 4 (c) unless and until arrangements satisfactory to the Water Board have been made with that Board for the provision of a water supply to the allotment.
