Multiple dwellings
14B Multiple dwellings
(1) The council must not consent to the carrying out of development for the
purpose of multiple dwellings unless each separate allotment is serviced by a
reticulated sewerage scheme.
(2) This clause does not apply to or in respect
of a development application for multiple dwellings that was lodged, but not
finally determined, before 21 August 2002.
