New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsNotwithstanding any other provision of this plan, the Council may at its discretion, subject to consideration of the matters set out in section 79C of the Act, grant consent to the carrying out of development on land for any purpose (not being designated development or contrary to the provisions of any other environmental planning instrument) for a maximum period of 28 days, whether consecutive or non-consecutive, in any one year.
