New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsIn deciding whether to grant consent to a development application to carry out development on land at Yallah, the Council shall have regard to the need to restrict development which may:
(a) be subject to inappropriate noise levels from aircraft using Albion Park Aerodrome,
(b) because of its height, restrict the operation of the airport, or
(c) subject occupants of the land to an unnecessary safety risk.
