New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsNotwithstanding any other provision of this plan, the Council may consent to the erection of a dwelling-house (including the erection of a dwelling-house as a replacement for a dwelling-house that was lawfully constructed) on an allotment of land which is wholly within Zone No 7 (a) provided that:
(a) immediately prior to the coming into effect of City of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 1990 (Amendment No 38) , the allotment was wholly within Zone No 7 (b), and
(b) the allotment is an existing holding or an allotment referred to in clause 14 (1) (a), (b), (c) or (d).
