New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe council shall not consent to the carrying out of any development on an allotment of land if, as a result of the carrying out of that development, it will be necessary to provide potable water or sewerage and drainage facilities to the allotment unless it is satisfied that adequate arrangements have been made for the provision of that water or those facilities.
